At Deepcutlery, we are committed to delivering your kitchen essentials quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days from shipping, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary for more remote areas.
What shipping options are available?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above INR 3,000. Shipping charges for orders below this amount are based on the weight and volume of the package. Charges will be calculated at checkout and typically range from INR 300 to INR 500.
Who will deliver my order?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before returning it to us. Please ensure you provide an accurate mobile number and a complete shipping address while confirming your order.
If the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package. Instead, contact us and we will resend your order at the earliest.
Can I combine orders to reduce shipping costs?
Unfortunately, once orders are placed, they cannot be combined. Shipping charges are applicable to every order placed online.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
To ship items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipment. We cannot divide a single order into multiple deliveries.
How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will attempt to update the address if the order hasn’t yet been dispatched. Once the order is processed, address changes can no longer be made.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Any order may incur a shipping charge as part of the order if it is cancelled.
For standard deliveries, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in India are not considered business days.
For free shipping, your product total after any discounts should be above INR 3,000.
Orders can be shipped within India only.
